What is being authentic?
This being undisputed origin and not a copy; you be genuine. No fake flow on you or around you.
To be that person you are one who
· Honors another above yourself.
· Serve the Lord with zeal.
· Always joyful in hope.
· Patient in affliction.
· Faithful in prayer.
· Shares with people who are in need.
· Practices hospitality.
We all need to make an effort towards cultivating this kind of authencity in our selves as it can be lifechanging.
As we become a part of each other’s lives, we can face life’s most painful trials together while clinging to hope in Christ and His promises. We grow in unity with each other—and with Him.
Are you willing to take steps toward building authentic relationships with others to love and serve them sacrificially?
God will help. He wants you—with others—to reflect on His love and fulfill His greatest desires for your life.
