Togikwatako is a Luganda word meaning ‘Don’t touch it’, this word has been used by opposition leaders who are against the bid to amend Article 102(b) of the 1995 Constitution of the Republic of Uganda that seeks to lift the Presidential Age limit, while Gikwateko, meaning ‘let’s touch it’ is for in support of the amendment.
