I am so Tired today
Today was one of those days
Days that drain you of your strength
Strength to piece together words for day Four
Four, for the blog week has shifted days as has the elections
Elections that everyone thinks will bring us change this time
Time has a way of changing things; it did with Kaguta’s hat in last 30 years.
I am so Tired today
Today that many think marks the end of an era
Era of broken structures and systems, broken promises
Promises of fraternity, tranquility, liberty and equality
Equality as if we don’t know that some animals are not equal
Equal is not even relative in relationships, there is always a head
Head of a family, state, group, company and nation.
I am so Tired today
Today that ushers in Tomorrow
Tomorrow when everything changes or not
Not that this nation doesn’t want that change, but rather the head
Head can be dangerous, you can choke on it, and it can change its mind
Mind your own tomorrow, tomorrow vote wisely, cheerfully and peacefully
Peacefully because we are a safe and secure country, we have a bird in our black yellow red flag.
I am so Tired today
